Received an email to submit passport and expecting a baby next month

Hi,

I have applied for PR and received an update to send passports in 30 days. It clearly mentions Do not submit your passports at this time if you will give birth or adopt a child prior to your landing in Canada.

You should immediately send to this office:

A letter advising when and where birth or adoption is expected to take place.

>> My question is to whom shall I send this letter?

The document states where to send the passports (i.e) Visa Application Centre – New York.

You send it to whichever office sent it to you. Look at the letter. It will say where it is from.
