Question about cit0003e-2 Citizenship Minor under 18 application

About Q12 Signature . in cit0003e-2 application:
1- In the 1st signature box, should the both parents sign in that box, or just one of them?
2- In the 2nd signature box, my son is 11 years, what I should to do (write his name, write my name or put N/A)

For me and my family, Only one of the parent signed. And I left the other box blank because as per my thinking it says only 14 and older should sign which was not in my case.

I am not an expert but I am just sharing with you what I did
