I have received the ITA under Express Entry and am gathering my documents together. I currently live in the US and my bank provided me most of the information I asked for - A/C Opening Date, Current Balance, Avg. Balance of 6 months.
The Proof of Funds guidelines state that they want the contact details including email id of the bank on the letter. The letter has the bank's official P.O. Box address and customer support number but no email. Also, the personal banker told me that not only are they unable to provide any other contact details, they will never release my information to anyone apart from me due to security reasons.
My ques - how important is having the email id, phone etc. on the letter?
