I have a short question concerning the Quebec provincial immigration program.
As far as I am aware of, the intake for this program fill finish on the 31st July 2013.
Is there a limitation for the total number of applicants? If so, how what is the figure for it?
Do they work according to the principle: 'first in - first out', or do they analyze all potential candidates that have applied until the above stated date and make their decision based on the entire data?
