There are many topics about the programs and most of the participants are within Canada. Applying while you are in Canada is relatively giving you a better position from applicants applying from overseas. Therefore, I would like to dedicate this thread for overseas applicants (job off or without) and share their timelines, issues, and best streams, province program for "out-lander".
Starting from me, I am targeting Alberta program for the reason of being in the oil and gas business. my points reach up to almost 400 in the general EE.
The question is what are the chances to be selected for people from outside Canada/ without job offer nor any of the Alberta adaptability factors ,that increases the chances of selection.
I know Alberta has invited people with 300 points but that might be because there are in Alberta or applicable for adaptability factors.
