[PROBLEM] TRV Online Application. Need help!

Hi!
I had an old MyCic account. I got my documents ready and when I try to log-in, I cant. When I login and after clicking on "I accept", I dont get redirected to security question page and I just get redicted to main page which is "English French" and you should select one of the language. I cant log in properly and create a TRV application and upload my files.
