PR Renewal Status online comfused

My pr renewal status shows complete, but when i click the underlined details, it only shows:

We received your application for a permanent resident card on May 12, 2014.

We started processing your application on August 6, 2014.

Does anyone have similar situation? what does it really mean?

"Complete" means it is done.
You will get PR card shortly by mail or will get a letter to collect it from CIC office personally.
Ignore any other comments.
