My original identity card is in both English and Turkish Also my passport is in both English and Turkish. I spoke with some of people they said you still need notary to confirm these documents. Do I need to verify these documents or I can take a photo and upload as it is for the pr?

You can just scan and upload a copy of the passport. You do not need to do notarize.
I would also suggest uploading the copy that has the Canadian immigration seal while seizing the passport. (Not necessary but I did so)
