PR card renewal **HELP**

Hi All,
My PR card is expiring in june 2015 and I wont be meeting 730 days obligation by then, I will be 60 days short. So when is the best time to apply for renewal? CIC website is asking for 6 months prior to expiry date. I have got British passport so I think travelling across the border will not be an issue.
Please advise!

At the time when you submit your application you must be fully eligible for a renewal PR Card. Eligibility check includes RO.

If you submit your application BEFORE you are eligible for the Card, you may end up with your PR status stripped off , unless you have statutory exemptions and reasons not to fulfill RO.

Your passport has nothing to do with it.

I'd wait till 730 days obligation is completed, then apply for the renewal.
