Dear all. I got a problem here.i need help. I landed in canada on 12 june 2014. Now I came back to india without PR card , because my wife has to complete her studies. We will go back to canada after 2 years.now problem is , I got a letter from manitoba immigration that my picture is not good.i have re submit it.my question is whether I have to submit in person or I can send it through mail. Or send it to my relatives in winnipeg they can submit it on my behalf.if mail is not possible can I go there after 2 years on travel visa and apply for new pr card. Please guys ...please help..I need this information. Thanks.

Just to add to this, as a PR you are not eligible for ANY form of Canadian visa, tourist or otherwise. You will have to apply for a Travel Document (Permanent Resident Abroad) if you cannot obtain your PR cards without a personal visit.
