POST GRADUATE studies, will it qualify me as TYPE B DEPENDENT?

Hi there!

I just want to know if being enrolled at a graduate school would qualify me as a type b dependent of my mother who's under the live-in caregiver program. I'm turning 24 this month and I'm planning to enroll at a graduate school this coming school year. I had my bachelor's degree last 2009 and just got another diploma this year 2012. I have been continuously studying and depended financially to my mom ever since.

If you have been a full time student since before the age of 22 and continue to be a full time student until you land as a PR and you are not married or in a common law relationship and you are financially dependent on your parents, then you qualify as a type B dependent.
