PNP for score 383??

Could you please let me know which PNP program could be availed at crs 383.
I am an industrial pharmacist having experience over 8 years.
My IELTS score is L8.5 R 8 S 7 and W 6.5.
Further what is safe score for Ontario Pnp?
Is Saskatchewan is good province to avail for Pnp?
