Plz calcuate my points

Seniors, plz help!!!!!!!

My IELTS scores are as follows

Listening:5.5
Reading:4
Writing:6
Speaking:6.5

As per my calculation i am supposed to get total of 9 pts.But when CHC assesed my language proficiency skill they just gave me 8 pts for the same.

Can anyone plz advice,as to wht is correct?????

Also i have mentioned English as my native(first) language.Has this been the reason why CHC have calculated my score as high proficiency?????
