Im awaiting my first PR card, FSW EE categoey and landed on October, In November I got email asking me to resubmit my photos, Ive sent and was signed, A few days later in december ive raised a web form to check if my photos were received. After about a week I got an email saying 'We acknowledge receipt of the documents and wish to inform you that they have been added to the file. ' which I assumed it meant that the photos have been received. After a month I got another email saying We have verified the information you provided and your photographs are not available in the system yet. Can someone tell me what to do? both of these have the same webform details which I filled in.
