I am facing an abnormal error after my biometrics. I filled a visitor visa application about 1 month ago and got my biometrics completed within 3 days of the application. All the details in my application as well as my BIL were correct and my biometrics got updated that very day only. However now, as I try to check my biometrics validity in the biometrics tool, I find that my family name and given name are swapped like my biometrics validity is displayed only if I put my given name in the family name section.
Still my name is displayed correctly in my IRCC portal and all details are filled correctly in the application as well my BIL had my name in the correct order. I have my travel about 40 days later and waiting for PPR.
What can be the reason?
