My PD has been current since the 2022 Dec visa bulletin published on 2022 - Nov - 10. I am now in Canada.
If I don't apply for GC within 1 year from the time my PD became current i.e., 2023 - Nov - 10, I wouldn't be able to use the 140 to apply for GC anytime in the future - I heard this is the current rule.
Anyone in the same boat or know if my understanding of the rule is correct?
