My friend has submitted his passport for temporary resident visa by 16 oct by paper mail.
He waited for 28 days but no response. He suppose to go home in a very emergency situation this week end to India. So he decided to withdraw process and request his passport back. He got his confirmation by last thursday.
But he still haven't received his passport. He checked with CIC, local canada post everyday.No use.
Could someone please help him to get his passport back please.
