I am currently in Canada, I knew till some time ago that Pakistani passport can't be sent out side Pakistan vis any postal or other method expect passport holder is travelling him/her self, but this was in 2004 and someone in Pakistan embassy, London, UK told me this and he showed me it's written on passport. But now if we check our new MRP's there is no instruction like this on that, my wife is in Pakistan who I can get her passport here in Canada by any postal method. Thanks in advance.
