I applied online for a new PR card using permanent resident application portal. My application was returned and the reason is "no photos".
First, as far as I know, it's technically impossible to submit an online application without attaching photos.
Second, I can see that my photos are properly uploaded to my application inside the portal.
So, it's sort of a nonsense.
I tried to contact IRCC and it was impossible to reach them. Long automated messages in English, followed by the same message in French and then "high volume of calls, unable to connect to an agent" message.
I called at 8AM EST sharp, how can their agents be already busy with other calls when their call center opens at 8AM?
I called them maybe a hundred times.
Does anyone know how to deal with this?
