Not able to download PRTD form IMM 5627

Anyone else facing this issue ?

It keeps saying

this message will eventually be replaced by the form else your pdf reader is old.

My pdf reader is the latest version.

Try copying the link from that page, the one that says wait.

Open adobe reader , select the option file, then option open. Paste the copied link as the file name and then open/ save from there

Still does not work for me. Is there any other way?

Alternatively from the please wait page , select 'save page as' and save the page making note of the folder. Go to Adobe reader and select file, open then select the filename of the page you just saved.

No idea if this works on an ipad or a phone but above works on an iMAC and possible also on a PC
