it looks like if you have job offer or nomination then PR 100%

bcz for job offer or nomination you will get 600 points

and other factor you may easily will get 300-400

so all together 950-1000 points means PR guarantee

He has provincial nomination and a job. I don't know if his job is NOC 0/A/B or in demand but the PNP gotta give him very good chances for ITA? I don't know what happens after the ITA as EE is still very vague (a few weeks before the launch :). Can his current employer just take him for his PR to be granted?

If he has to go through FSW or CEC with the ITA, do the same rules apply, ie he needs to prove language level, work experiences etc? In this case, the OP might have a problem with his language level, as his Reading does NOT meet CLB 5, which under current rules makes him ineligible for CEC and FSW...

If you have provincial nominee then yes you get 600 points and you will get picked mostly but now nothing is 100%.

They are almost sure for ITA

ITA probably yes. But, that's a very long way from finally being approved for PR. There are lots of things that could prevent an application from succeeding, such as medical, criminal and security checks.
