Review and processing of import Form
Process and issue letters of credit, amendments thereon and respond to internal/ external enquiries on same; including offshore correspondent banks.
Processing of negotiated letters of credit documents, for pre-arrival assessment risk issuance by customs service and resolution enquiries relating to import clearing documentation challenges with customers.
Effecting payments to beneficiaries on deferred, unconfirmed and usance letters of credit as well as effect amendments on them as requested by both applicants and beneficiaries.
Effect payment of all invisible products: loan payments, classroom fees, dividends, medical fees, royalties, insurance, airlines, personal homes remittance e.t.c.
Process all documentary request for commercial and non commercial export customers.
Preparation, reconciliation and maintenance of NOSTRO accounts
Report generation.
