am applying for FSW category 3 as an international student residing in Canada for more than 12 months. Am done with my one year Master's program and I have applied for the PG work permit. Am about to apply to CIO for my PR and I have the following questions.
1. To show the proof of legal status for the last 12 months, is a copy of student permit alone enough? or should I also send the transcripts?
2. My NOC code is 4163 and I have work experience of nearly 4 years. I sent a detailed job description/responsibilities to my lawyer asking her to match NOC and write main duties for me. She has just written two or three main duties for both the jobs that I did before and they tend to match exactly with the duties listed in that NOC code. Am concerned and worried with that? Any suggestions and experiences will really help.
