no updates its been 2 months. seniors advice.

My application was received by CHC delhi on 13th Nov, my e-cas says received by visa office, since 17th nov. its been 2 months and i have no update, is this okay or i have to e mail them asking for an update. I have an AEO but in my initial application to cio my lawyer didnt mention about my AEO, but while submitting my full application to chc delhi, he has submitted my approved AEO papers. seniors kindly advice me

Hi,

It is quite normal. Don't get worried if you don't see any immediate updates on ECAS. Probably next update can be "in process". I don't suggest you to make enuiry by e mail or by any method at this stage, which will only delay the process. So, be patient and wait.

How long we need to wait? Is there any timelimite? My visa office is Singapore . After how may days we have to query?
