I applied one month ago to new temporary resident,because I've having a study permit for two years. I sent my passport to the Ottawa office from Vancouver. My flight used to be on december 10th, I already moved it on december 15th, but there is still no information about my visa. My family in Russia knew one week ago that my grandfather had a cancer, my great grand mother is 83 years old and she wants to see me more than anything in her life. The situation is really stressful for me now. And there is no way to contact the office in ottawa, so maybe here you could help me.
