Hi there, me and husband are applying for parents supervisa. Mother-in-law's medical passed and received passport submission request within 20 minutes. For father-in-law, medicals passed for 3 days yet no message received for passport submission. Any idea if this is normal? Little worried as their tickets are booked to fly in last week of Sep.
