need some info for worker permit

Look at the job posting. Education required will be stated in the posting. If it says that x number of years is all that is required then it should be ok. Don't forget that the job will have to be posted for a minimum 4 weeks and remain posted while the LMO is being processed. By lowering the requirements it also increases the nber of local people who may apply.

bro problem is not in job posting problem is with embassy.
on cic website they say atleast 12 years of education....
but employer is ready to hire even with lower qualification....
my question will the cic give work permit with lower education skills than mention on cic website?

If the employer wants to hire someone with less than high school Graduation that will be indicated in the wording of the job posting and also included in the LMO application. If the LMO is approved (the employer would have to prove no one applied locally - opening the job to those without high school qualifications will certainly increase the possible field of applicants), then your uncle would be able to apply. No one can say for sure if he would be granted a work permit. Good luck.
