Need help to get Eva report from IQAS

Hi all

I need help to get clarity

I had two degree
1. Msc (Ganpat university)
2. Bsc ( HNGU UNIVERSITY)

Both university had sent sealed envelope including all below listed document to the IQAS directly :
1. Request of academic report with reference number
2. Verified and attested transcripts
3. Verified mark sheets
4. Verified degree certificate

During online application , I had uploaded document as per below :
1. Degree certificates and mark sheets for both degree
2. Passport
3. Marriage certificate

So However is it required to courier signed application request form to IQAS by us ?
