I have received pr as a dependent through my father this May, I am currently doing Btech in computer science in India. My grades so far are low so I might not get admission as a transfer student. I want to drop out and join a undergraduate course in same field in Canada. I had given my 12th standard exams in 2012.
My question is can I apply in a university after 2 years.
