My first name in my new passport and on my PR card is slightly different (Andrei in the passport and Andrey on PR card), the rest of the information is exactly the same (the problem is caused by a computer system which is used in my passport issueing country; but there is an endorsement in this new passport saying that I am also known as Andrei). I am going back to Canada soon, so want to make sure that this won't cause any confusion at the border.
Also, as my PR expires next year, should I metnion in the renewal application form this misspelling thing?
