my wife and i had a divorce long time ago and now we are having common law partner relationship.
she used to use both my family and her maiden name on all docs / id's. now she has changed her family name on all the docs (except pr which is also not necessary) to her maiden name
now we are about the make citizenship application (for her, me and our son / minor) and my question is; on the minor child application point 8 parent's name, there is question about other names used.
should we also write my wifes old (when married) surname (which is my family name) or mark as n/a ?
