My Admission Status MS IT (NETWORK) is PRELIMINARY REVIEW REQUIRED - CARLETON

I have completed my application on 10th of may 2016. My both the referee's did reply and recommended me to study in Carleton. However, my application status is still stands at PRELIMINARY REVIEW REQUIRED.

Please someone help me for the next process they are going to take and how much time is required under my application.
