Mpnp if I am on parental Leave

Hi all

I have a very quick question , I have been in Brandon, MB for more than 2 years , now a days I am on parental leave and I want to sponcer my brother under Mpnp (Family stream) would it be a minus if I am on parental E.I and help my brother to be nominated here in Manitoba,
