His DUI is from 9 years ago, but it is less than that since his sentence, etc. was completed. It could be another 2 years until the actual 10 year mark.
We are going to send in the criminal rehabilitation paperwork as our law firm said it does not take that much longer to process the whole application. She seemed to think it might be closer to the 12-16 months mentioned above for anyone else that is in the same situation. We will still have to wait patiently and thank everyone for their input!
