Living in Quebec

hi guys,

is it mandatory to live in Quebec after getting PR. Sorry if its a strange question. Why I ask bcz i want to migrate to Canada but this is the only option. I wouldn't mind living anywhere but since I do not speak French, i am afraid i will be able to find a job to pay for my living. In such worst scenario I might consider moving the province for Job. If so..is it legally permissible or not to move from Quebec to any other provinces? Plz advise
