my working visa is going to expire this coming December 06 2010 for 2yrs..and i am planning to take a vacation with the same month (2nd week of dec)..obviously my visa that time is expired..now with my new contract (renew w/ same employer) if i get to my country Phillipines i am going to renew my visa so i can enter again here in canada..
now my question is..
Is that ok that leaving in canada w/ expired visa doesn't make any problem?..
And how long it takes renewing visa?..
And what are those possible requirements?..
