Is depression a serious disease?

Hey there. We received ITA and are now apply for PR. I am the principal applicant. My spouse was recently diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Should I answer YES or NO to the question "has XX had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?"

She has stopped seeing the therapist and is now doing fine and just started working, but still taking anti depressants.

We are in Canada by the way, under PGWP and Open work permit.
