IRCC Webform Accra page not responding

I tried sending information about my application through the IRCC Webform Accra but the site is not responding.When I click on the next button it doesn't respond.I tried giving a feedback and it says the page is not available or it has been moved.Is anyone the same problem? Please I help on what to do,it's urgent.

Did any apply for visitor visa recently from Accra?
A cousin submitted online visa application on 19 March but has not heard anything aside confirmation of submission. How long does it take for Biometrics request?
