IRCC visitors visa delays

I submitted my passport on October 29,2023 for temporary residence visa ,I’m yet to receive a response from them, now I need the passport for an urgent use, I have sent several mails to the high commission of Canada Ghana 5 days ago and yet no reply,can someone help me
