Can I apply in this NOC 1122?
I have an industrial engineering tittle, I work in an enterprise called Universal Warehouses, (Almacenes Universales__In Spanish) and I have worked as a human resources management specialist for 6 months in the department that takes care of these duties in the enterprise. There, I analyzed the payments systems of all services that they offer; I changed the training process of the workers given the post they have, and the functions they may accomplish; and I also made the diagnosis of the security and protection system.
Now, almost 7 months ago, I changed to work as commercial specialist in a dependence of this enterprise (VECTOPLAG), dedicated to the Control of plagues and vectors, where besides my commercial duties of: invoice services, control process, and hiring requirements, I had also made projects for this new organization, such as, the creation and study of a procedures manual for this service of control of plagues and vectors, (given the fact that this new organization (VECTOPLAG) is the first enterprise that centralize this service, the hired me to analyze all the factors to make a right management of the service). Nowadays, I’m analyzing the payment system of the operators of plagues and vectors control, because they have complained of their pay remuneration.
So please, I’m telling you all this because I would like to hear more experienced opinions about if I could apply in the NOC 1122: Professionals Occupations in Business services to management.
