Hi, I have PCC within my previous passport number on it, however, I lost that passport and now i have the new one.
In the new passport it is mentioned that the previous passport (along with its number) was lost/stolen.
Do I still need the new PCC within new passport number? or old PCC with explanation letter will be okay?
