I am a study permit holder inside Canada and I am working on my COOP work permit application. Within these pre-application questions, I was asked if I wanted to include a family member who wants to come to Canada. I am married and, currently, my wife does not have a visa to come. So, I was thinking about including her in my COOP work permit application package because if she applies individually in a separate SOWP application, her application is going to be forwarded to the IRCC office in Ankara which, according to today's update, takes 42 weeks to process work permit applications.
So, I am thinking that if I include her in my COOP work permit application, this is going to have her application processed inside Canada to avoid the messy Ankara office (in terms of highly frequent rejections and LONG processing time).
What would be your advice on that?
