Okay so I came to in 2010 as a minor with a visitor visa accompanied by my mother. Long story short we stayed and I continued my secondary schooling here and living my life and so I was living in Canada for 6 years with no status . In 2016 I filed for refugee with legal aid then claimed my sexual orientation as bi sexual, I was denied in 2017 for lack in information and I appealed it and in Aug 2021 I was accepted and gain protected person status. I have not yet applied for my PR application and I am wondering if there is any consequences for waiting too long to apply. Also I came from Jamaica in 2010, would it be a problem for me to go back to Jamaica to visit after I get my PR status.
