I havent received CAQ visa. I need you guys help.

I write this to ask about CAQ visa.

I registered it May 19. but I still dont receive CAQ visa. as you and I know, It takes severals weeks, but what I wonder is it is processing well
I can check the processing of CAQ visa online but it still says

Opening of your file. ​it supposed to be "Receipt of your documents

We have received your documents. Their compliance will be reviewed as soon as possible, according to the order in which the applications were received" only after 5~10 days I sent my all documents to The Ministère de l'Immigration.

but there is no comment like above. just say "opening of your file".

my conditions is

1. I sent all documents to them.

2. but the processing doesnt change at all.



what should I do for this.. Im afraid that I might not receive CAQ visa.

May be you need to double check if they have actually received your documents, usually you receive a confirmation that they have received your documents few weeks later than the actual delivery of the documents but since i applied for the CAQ later than you and i have already received the confirmation that they received my documents so i guess you need to double check may be by sending them an email or even talk to them on the phone
I applied for the CAQ on the 30th of May ...... i received a confirmation that they received my documents on the 26th of June (but the message is dated June 6th, 2016)
