How Long Delhi HC takes to return Passport

Hello to all - I am new to this forum.

I am having a question. I applied for Canadian Immigration in year 2003 December. And I got my Medical done in October, 9, 2009 and I submitted my Passports on November 19th to CHC at New Delhi. How Long it takes to CHC to return the Passport back to me.

For me this is a very lengthy, painful, full of anxiety and wait period. Though , I have gone through the different threads on this forum related to this but I am really interested to know, if anyone can share the experience who have submitted in the last 2-3 months to CHC and did they receive or still in queue.
