Near centennial college there are two good buildings. If possible try to get that. 1050 markham road, m1h2y7 and 960, markham road. These building are close to centennial college and walking distance is 10 minutes. In bus only 5 mnutes.
Go To Kijiji.ca and there you will find lot of option for accommodation. Go for sharing room or paying guest option. PG will pay max $450 includes food, internet, laundry, etc. and in sharing you will get room approx. $200-300 .
