I have came to Canada last year june 24/ 2017 as an international student. I have been in highschool until june 15 / 2018 and I have applied to a college. But, I have to finish one other course to be fully accepted and gain a letter of acceptance. My study permit will expire on August 31/2018 . I will not have time to get the letter of acceptance and apply to extend my study permit. When I call to the CIC agent she told me that I can change my status. So my main question is will I be able to change my student status to visitor status while I'm in Canada? And then after I get my letter of acceptance from the college change my visitor status to student , by applying for study permit while I am in Canada??? If you have other ways to help me I will try.
