Help with W-8BEN-E form

Hello all,

I registered a Canadian Corporation to do consulting work for a US company and I'm filling the IRS W-8BEN-E form,

I was wondering if Part III Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits of the form needs to be filled to claim tax benefits and make sure IRS doesn't withhold 30% as tax.

If so, what are the options that need to be selected 14b?
