respected Leon sir and other immigration experts
I was removed as a minor at the age of 12 from Canada.My PR expired in august 2014.
Now at the age of 17 when i have completed my 12th grade from India and want join university in Canada can i apply for Pr Travel document right now to save 1 year of study at the university.One of my eligible relatives is ready to be my guardian in Canada. or is it mandatory to be 18 years old to apply for TD....Huh?
what are my chances of winning the appeal for PR TD?

As far as I know, you don't have to be 18 to apply for a TD but your parents will have to sign it. Write that you did not meet the RO because you were removed from Canada by your parents as a minor child and you now want to return to attend university and settle in Canada. Include a letter from your parents stating that they did remove you from Canada as a minor child and that they are now allowing you to go back as it is your wish and that they are giving your guardianship to their relative. Include a letter from your guardian stating that they are ready to help you get settled in Canada.

I think you will get it.
