I'm a 22 year old immigrant who recently came back to Canada through H&C reasons. I finished my Philosophy degree in the Philippines and now I wish to pursue further studies here in Canada. I'm currently looking into enrolling in a Public Relations Certificate program in Ryerson University. I can only afford a certificate program at the moment and I'm wondering if that would do anything to help my career prospects. Is it worth it? Or should I just save for another degree or masters? Please help
